The planned maintenance includes 2 inspections per year with three different options to better suit your systems needs. Our technicians will perform one inspection during the spring months and one inspection during the fall months. Our technician will clean the coils on the inside and outside units, inspect and tighten the electrical components for the system, clean out the drain lines and pan, and check the supply and return air temperatures to make sure the unit is operating within the manufacturer's specifications. Our technicians will also measure the freon levels and inspect the unit for any refrigerant leaks to insure that unit has the proper amount of freon based on manufacturer specifications.
